The Process is a Christ-centered community for Next Gen students and leaders.
Our Mission is to equip and empower the Next Generation through discipleship. Helping them learn, know and live the way of Jesus.
DISCIPLESHIP
We believe Jesus has called us to make disciples of the Next Generation. This means loving and welcoming every student. Mentoring and challenging them to fulfill the mission and purpose God has made them for. We do not believe that Faith is something to be forced upon someone. It is something to be owned personally. Owning Faith in Jesus is a process & journey. We believe our role is walking along-side students and guiding them as they grow in their Faith.
COMMUNITY
We believe we are called to live in community. This means going beyond the Sunday morning gatherings and weekly events. Building and growing relationships with each other as we grow our relationship with Jesus.
What We Believe:
Jesus was and is the only Son of God. He died as payment for our sins so that we may have eternal life only through Faith in Him. As Christians, we have embraced Christ as the center of our identity and received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Because God created all things, He is the final authority in all things including our identity as men and women who seek to love and serve him. The Bible is God’s word. We study it not to puff ourselves up with knowledge, but to better understand how to humbly model our lives after Jesus Christ. The Gospel is good news for all people. This means that any person is able to receive eternal life and a new identity through Faith in Christ. We believe that becoming more Christ-like is a never ending process, that requires continual submission & discipleship. This means we humbly & gently work together to overcome our sinful struggles and live for Christ.
